| Subject :- Technical Committee (TC) on the Renewal Energy Law for India. |

| The undersigned is directed to say that a Technical Committee has been constituted with the approval of Competent Authority to deliberate on the issue of Renewable Energy law for India. World Institute of Sustainable Energy (WISE) has provided a draft in this context. All State Nodal agencies are requested to provide their inputs/suggestions on the document provided by WISE (copy attached). |
